Everything about my experience with Superior has been awesome!! Lucas came out and spent time figuring out what would work best for our house. Then took time to talk to my husband and answer questions that I couldn't. Cody and Zach came out and did the work this morning. They were on time, polite & got the job done quickly. I also really liked the text including a picture of who was going to be showing up at my house with some information about them. I would recommend Superior and all of the people I worked with to anyone!!!4/16/24...Chris came out to check on my A/C that wasn't working today. Great service again!!

Nate came out and did the service on our AC unit and furnace today and did a great job. He was very helpful and answered all my questions. Korey did an excellent job of explaining what sorts of things he would be looking for in a check-up of my existing air conditioning and recently installed furnace. He found a few minor problems, which he was able to correct with adjustments to the software being executed by the thermostat. In the days after his visit I was able to detect that the furnace was keeping the house temperature closer to the setpoint. Korey found that the thermostat was not correctly recognizing the size of the furnace and air conditioner. Now that all three parts (furnace, air conditioner and thermostat) are matched to each other, the system is running better.
